The Vacancy
Tunbridge Wells – Veterinary Surgeon
Up to £80,000 DOE pro rata plus benefits
Opportunity awaits at Vets Now
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our professional team within our Tunbridge Wells clinic.
In this role you will work with a team who are passionate about progressing in the world of emergency and critical care, where you will benefit from a good support network and mentorship.
This role offers a varied caseload, where working as an emergency Vet Surgeon will expose you to an excellent number of interesting cases, which you simply won’t see in general practice.
Working out-of-hours doesn’t mean working all hours
At Vets Now we champion work/life balance and understand how important this is for our people. Working weeknights, weekend days/nights (1:2) and a fair share of bank holidays, you will work an average of 3 shifts per week for a full-time average 40 hours per week contract.
As with any role within Vets Now we appreciate that one size doesn’t fit all. Finding the right work/life balance for you is our priority, so we are happy to also consider this role on part-time basis.
Take control of your own career development
Working in this ECC setting will sharpen and develop your veterinary skills. At Vets Now we invest heavily in the continuous professional development of all our people across the business. As a Vet Surgeon you will have access to professional qualifications, progression opportunities, coaching and mentoring.
We look after you, so you can look after them
At Vets Now we recognise that our people are what makes us. That’s why we are continuing to invest in first class reward and recognition benefits and initiatives.
