Home-based (Remote) with travel across your region (Northwest, Yorkshire and the Humber, Wales)
Salary up to £70,000 DOE plus benefits and car allowance

Joining our team as an Area Director you will be a key player in driving success at Vets Now. Your leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills will be essential in propelling our business forward, as we look to bolster the retention and growth of the business at every opportunity. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating smooth collaboration between central support and clinics, while upholding our core values.

Building Relationships for the Future
As an Area Director you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to building relationships throughout the company. Your role includes developing strong connections with our host and partner practices, ensuring top-notch client experiences, and leading and influencing teams across multiple sites.
Our people are our greatest assets, and as the Area Director, you will be an advocate of the Vets Now network, engaging with your internal colleagues, supporting those who are new to the business, and ensuring we have the best practices in place to attract and retain the best talent.
You’ll join an experienced team of Area Resource Managers and Clinical Managers who will assist in driving our commitment to continuous professional development across your region. Additionally, you will ensure all clinical employees have access to all relevant CPD courses and ensure that we are providing equal opportunities for all our people, both in clinical and non-clinical roles.

You'll lead by example, motivating leadership teams in your area to improve performance through strong, positive relationships and seek growth opportunities. You'll support your teams in using reports to identify trends and efficiency opportunities and offer practical assistance in implementing changes.
