Location: Dunfermline Contact Centre
Hours: Full-time
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Sunday: 08:00–19:00
Occasional bank holiday work required

Your Role as a Call Handler
As a Call Handler at Vets Now, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients. You'll play a vital role in delivering the high-quality support and service we’re known for. This is more than just answering calls—it's about offering reassurance, clarity, and care in sometimes stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information and address client inquiries
Log all call details accurately in our system
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team
Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in every interaction
Follow established call handling protocols
Assist with administrative tasks when required
