Vets Now Newport is looking for a part-time Vet Surgeon to join their welcoming team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Vets Now Newport works out of one of the largest emergency hospitals in the south-west. 

At Vets Now Newport, you will find a fully equipped and modern hospital. You will also find a well-supported and enthusiastic team, including a team of Vets, Nurses and Animal Care Assistants. 

Working in this 24-hour ECC setting you will see a varied and interesting caseload which will sharpen and develop your veterinary skills. 

Newport as a location is conveniently located immediately off the M4 and is within easy reach of Bristol and Cardiff. It also offers easy access to the Brecon Beacons National Park and is just an hour from the Gower Peninsula.

In this part-time role the available shifts include a mix of mid-week backshifts (mainly 4pm-12am shifts and some 5pm-1am shifts), and 1 in 3 weekend days (7am-7.30pm), plus a fair share of bank holidays.
