As a weekend Vet Surgeon at Vets Now Southampton, you will be supported by a dedicated team, where you will also receive mentorship.

In this weekend role, we have a couple of rota options available to choose from, both options also include a fair share of bank holidays.
Option 1:
- Saturday backshift 18:00-00:00 and/or Sunday backshift 18:00-00:00, every weekend. As a backshift/twilight Vet you will often work as the second Vet on shift, providing an opportunity to share knowledge and work together on the more complex cases.
Option 2:
- Saturday day shift 12:00-18:00 and Sunday day shift 08.00-18.00, the option of every/every other Saturday and every other Sunday can be considered. How many of the available shifts to be worked in the rota can be discussed further, we will try to work around your lifestyle and clinic requirements.
