Embark on a work adventure with our full-time position, where your average weekly schedule of 40 hours is crafted to weave through the pulse of weekday nights, weekend days and nights, and bank holidays. The Support Office in Dunfermline is the hub where a multitude of talents converge for seamless operations. Our Call Handlers are on the frontline, answering calls until 11pm and supporting the clinical team in delivering patient care. Customer Relations Advisors address complaints with care, while behind the scenes, Finance, Technology, People Services, and Marketing experts work their magic.

Vets Now was founded by Richard Dixon, a veterinary surgeon who understood the pressures of being on-call which also trying to maintain a good quality of life.
Today, almost two decades since Richard did his first out-of-hours shift, we’re still just as passionate about emergency and critical care and our clinics are all managed by people who have worked as frontline vets or vet nurses.
In an emergency, pet owners want to know they’ve got the experts on board. And so do we.
