You will own employer brand planning and campaign management across key internal and external touchpoints, working closely with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure alignment between colleague experience and how we present ourselves as an employer. This role has no direct reports, but it does require strong collaboration across Talent Acquisition, EDI, Commercial Marketing and wider business stakeholders to bring our employee value proposition to life. You will also work closely with our IVC colleagues to align messaging and reinforce the shared identity of being part of a global veterinary group.
