Main purpose of job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Consultant to join our team. You’ll be part of a highly motivated team who are passionate about exceeding customer expectations and making a personal difference at Vets Now.

As a Customer Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for managing, investigating, and responding to customer complaints, as well as carrying out administrative duties for the team.

You will be required to communicate effectively with clients, professional bodies, and key internal stakeholders via both written and verbal communication.

This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel to the office required for meetings and team collaboration.
