Lincoln - Senior Veterinary Surgeon
Up to £85,000 DOE pro rata plus benefits
£10,000 recognition bonus pro rata

We are looking for a Senior Vet in our Lincoln clinic to drive our clinical standards, mentor and coach our team and to ensure that we continue to provide the highest quality of patient and pet care.

As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon you will have a variety of responsibilities - for example; working alongside your Vet team to support their clinical development and evaluate their training needs, develop retention strategies, work on clinical development opportunities and consider new ideas to continually improve the clinic.

Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a full-time average of 40 hours per week, including weekday nights, weekend days and nights, and a fair share of bank holidays, as well as having dedicated time to carry out management duties and attend meetings.
